If you were an official at UEFA, what new rules would you make to ensure that smaller teams.........
like Leicester, spurs and West Ham are prevented from playing in the Champions League.

It has already happened, the refereeing decisions that have gone against us against 'bigger' teams defy belief!

I would make sure that
-the brown envelopes were distributed to the refs in time before each match.
-the richest team could be involved in a suitable cup if there went shit and didn't manage to qualify or went out of a competition.
-Financial fair play worked in a way to harm teams with low budget
-video ruling wasn't incorporated into the game

The co-efficient of a club can't go lower than that of the league they play in. That means that any club from England gets the English minimum.

If we honestly think that they're looking to be insular then how come they haven't found a way to get Liverpool, Man U, the Milans, etc. back in when they haven't qualified?

Something like your UEFA coefficient has to be over a certain number as well as qualifying in a top 4 position to make it in.

That would prevent us and Leicester getting in.

Wouldn't be surprised if they actually do something like that...
